Under the direction of our winemaker Julio Mourelle, graduated in viticulture and oenology at University California(Davis), we prepare our wines in two single-estates with very different soils profiless. We uphold a culture and preparation philosophy based on sustainability and respect for our natural and architectural environment, it is likewisebased on innovation and the use of advanced technologies, i.e. a synthesis of progress and tradition. Intervening in this process are: our technical director Julio Mourelle and consultants Michel Rolland (oenology), Richard Smart (canopy management), and Claude Bourguignon (terroir management).
